Director of Soccer
Paul joins MIFC from Washington Youth Soccer (WYS) where he served in various positions, including Regional Club League Commissioner and Director of Coaching and Education. Paul's experience spans nearly 20 years and covers all areas of the sport. He has worked extensively in club and college soccer at various levels and served on coaching and administrative staffs for US Youth Soccer and other national development programs. Under Paul's leadership, MIFC places a strong emphasis on coach and player development and helping athletes at all levels find success in the sport.
Lis moved to Mercer Island from Singapore in 2012 with her two boys and husband, Doug. Lis joined MIFC as the Fields Coordinator in 2020 and moved into the General Manager position in 2021. Both of her boys enjoy soccer and play for MIFC. Lis is an avid sports fan, a dog lover and an amateur photographer. You will often find her on the sidelines photographing her boys.
Stephanie has lived on Mercer Island since 2011 and joined MIFC as the Select Registrar in 2015. One of the things she likes best about the position is getting to meet more people on the island. All three of her boys play soccer year round so she gets to see plenty of games and spends a good deal of her time outdoors. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys running, working out, walking other people's dogs and keeping an active social life!
Website Content Manager
Natalie is a resident of Mercer Island and first became involved with MIFC by coaching her daughter's soccer team. As the Club's Website Content Manager, Natalie is able to combine her involvement in soccer with her professional background in journalism. In her position, Natalie manages the content and design of the MIFC website.
